Who are the people behind Enlighten Press?
We are a family business, and after 20 years of being in book distribution we decided finally to make the books that we were constantly asked for, but couldn't find. Most of us are in the home office located in Brisbane. A few of us live in Auckland running the NZ base. From creating the books to the reps on the road, much of the business is run by friends and family. Books are our passion.
What kind of quality can I expect from your books?
Our books are designed to stand up to kindergarten conditions! The books are 22 pages, all heavy duty paper with wipeable pages. You can even use whiteboard markers to add you own notes.
What are your environmental practices?
All our books are printed locally in Brisbane by a company that is certified for sustainable green printing practices. Our packing materials are both reused and reusable.
Will there be added tax charges to my order?
All prices are GST inclusive; there will be no added tax charges to your order. You will receive a tax invoice of the order for your records.
What are your shipping costs?
Our books are large format so shipping charges are higher. To help with this we subsidise the cost of shipping so it is only a flat rate of $12.00 per order, anywhere in Australia.

My organisation requires a purchase order, can I have a quote?

Can I buy your books from a store?
While we don't have a shopfront, we do have an authorised reseller. XYZ Books are a trusted book distributor who have been in business for nearly 20 years. XYZ Books will take care of your orders, invoicing, deliveries and returns. Please contact us if to find out whether a representative will be coming to your area.
What if the books I receive are not exactly what I imagined?
We stand by our products. You can return any books that are not suited to your requirements, as long as they are in resaleable condition. Be sure to contact us for a returns authorisation within 14 days, and we will send return instructions. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If for any reason the books arrive damaged, please email us the details to apply for a no-fault return.
What are my payment options?
Credit cards and bank deposits are accepted and payment is required before the books can be sent. Organisations such as kindergartens, schools and libraries may be invoiced on account.
